Where are the Fuse Boxes located in 2003 Volkswagen Jetta?

2003 Volkswagen Jetta has 2 main boxes with fuses and relays. One is in the cabin (Passenger Compartment) and another is under the hood (Engine Compartment).

The Fuse and Relay box is located under the dashboard, on the passenger side, below the glove box, and is covered with trim. The fuse panel in Passenger Compartment is located behind an access panel on left edge of the instrument panel.

2003 Volkswagen Jetta Under Hood Fuse and Relay box location 

The main fuse box located on top of the battery in the engine compartment. It contains special fuses for high current applications and prevents the main wiring harness in the event of a short circuit. To access these fuses, squeeze tabs of plastic fuse cover and pull upward.
